Description
The piano main board, as the core control component of the piano, is like the “brain” of the piano. It coordinates and controls the operation of various parts of the piano, including but not limited to the control of key touch feedback, sound generation and adjustment functions, ensuring that the piano can accurately and stably output beautiful music during performance.
1.Circuit Design Features
High – precision Signal Processing: Adopting advanced circuit design, it can accurately process the weak signals generated by pressing and releasing the keys. For example, through a high – precision analog – to – digital converter (ADC) circuit, it can accurately capture the subtle changes in key movements, providing a reliable basis for subsequent sound triggering and control.
Audio Processing Circuit: Integrated with professional audio processing modules, it can precisely adjust and optimize audio parameters such as tone color, pitch, and volume. These circuits can synthesize and modulate sound signals according to preset music parameters or the real – time operation of the performer, producing a rich variety of tone effects.
Stable Power Management: Equipped with a complete power management circuit to ensure a stable voltage supply for each chip and circuit module on the piano main board. This helps to reduce signal interference and circuit failures caused by power fluctuations, ensuring that the piano can work stably in different usage environments.

3.Quality Inspection and Reliability Assurance
During the PCBA processing, each piano main board has to undergo strict quality inspection processes such as functional testing, signal integrity testing, and power stability testing. These tests ensure that the main board is free of faults and has stable performance when leaving the factory, meeting the high requirements for the long – term use of the piano. At the same time, the processing factory will also conduct aging tests and other reliability verifications on the main board to further ensure its quality.
